Questions owners ask
Will my dog have the same walker every time?
Yes. Your walker is assigned at the meet and greet and covers your walks every week. If they are ever out, you hear from us the day before with who is covering.
What happens when it's over 100 degrees?
On heat advisory days we move walks before 9 am or after 6 pm, keep to shaded routes and carry extra water. Short-nosed breeds get a drop-in instead, at the drop-in price.
How do I pay?
By card when you book. Walks are charged the evening after they happen, and the weekday plan is charged each Monday for the week ahead.
Are you insured?
We are insured and bonded, and every walker is background checked and pet first aid certified.
